I agree, but myself personally I found it very intrusive. Almost worst than getting an email that I never asked for.
Commercials on TV are expected, but somebodies tweets on my tv, that takes the cake.

		<description>This may be a good idea if the person watching had a choice to see these tweets or not.  Kind of like giving them the choice to turn on or off captions.  It can become distracting to the show.</description>
