Hi Al,

Hope all is well with you across the “pond”.

I’m at the point of pushing the button to buy Tweet Adder, but am concerned by the number of people who are not getting a good response from Tweet Adder Support. If these guys are a bit lax in their daily duties, would that affect the quality of the product of time?

Will use your Code of course if I decide to buy.

So far I have had No response as yet from Jamie or Troy since I posted here on the 17th November. Do you have any clout with these guys to get that info? After all its a pretty “In-Your-Face” claim on the tweet adder website is it not? I love the software.. I just want the info Am I asking to much?
