We have had our account suspended and it has been inactive for about 20 days now, which is very frustrating. The same as people previously commented, I logged a ticket and it was closed straight away with no resolution. Since then i have lodged another 3 tickets and all of them were closed. Its really frustrating when you havent done anything wrong and just dont know where to turn

I have asked twitter support about why I am missing from find people searches, twitter searches, and hashtags with no resolution. Once, I received a response that the situation was resolved. It has not been resolved. I’ve written @crystal directly. I’ve tried resubmitting my problem. Nothing seems to work. Also, I was suspended on the “accidentally suspended” day, but then reinstated. I admit to being frustrated with not being able to post tweets with usable hashtags.

Good Question.

Based on your comment, since you have submitted a ticket, you’ll
need to try and be patient (if possible). Another option is send a tweet to the person whom is assigned to your ticket.
You can see who that person is via your ticket status. You may also send a tweet to @Spam That may help speed things up.
Overall, everyone awaits their turn, is what we have found from other sources.

Hi There….
Just was reading over the comments here. I was suspended yesterday. I put in a ticket, and received a confirmation Twitter received it. All day yesterday I was able to log in to my account “Petskers”, but this morning I get nothing. It tells me there is no such username and/or password. I am really confused by this. I did nothing wrong to get suspended. I worked hard to get a following, and just doesn’t seem fair that an account should be suspended without letting a person know what they did. I think that is such poor management on Twitter’s part. I want to have my account reinstated, but I don’t know what to do or where to go.

Can anyone here possibly help me?
